Join me and an intimate group of incredible like-minded women at my Boundaries Basics Workshop in the beautiful setting of Setu Studio, Clarinbridge on Saturday 29th April.
❁ We open with a cacao ceremony to connect us into our heart centre.
❁ I will guide you through a violet flame energy healing to cleanse old attachments to beliefs/emotions or relationships holding you back.
❁ I will talk you through the basics of boundaries so you gain an understanding of how they can impact you.
❁ We will do some role playing scenarios and have “energetic chats” with the people in our lives we feel we need to.
❁ We will finish with some journaling to help you unlock some rooted beliefs.
It is my intention you will leave this space feeling more connected, more empowered, more inspired to make any changes you need in order to feel better in your own life.
